Amblé
I almost didn’t want to share this place, its too special. Total hipster vibe café, but completely hidden in the very heart of Florence. Its just a stones throw from the Ponte Vecchio and has the best spritz in town, just €5 and comes with the pleasure of knowing you're in on a rare secret. You'll probably be the only tourist there, not counting expats and students of course.
